As Design Manager, I am a creative, articulate design professional with over 20 years of successful experience, bringing strong results in design projects ranging from web-based deliverables and company branding to packaging, manufacturing, and printed materials. I have repeatedly demonstrated the ability to develop and implement cutting edge solutions that present top notch design work to any market. My over two decade career embraces extensive management and hands-on experience with proven effectiveness in planning and production of any design project. I have outstanding experience and ability to work with localization teams, vendors, and international partners.

I have been recognized for excellent staff and project management, organizational and negotiating skills, and the ability to consistently meet cost, project and timeline objectives. With consideration to a strong design and web-based background, skilled in team building from the bottom up, I have an exceptional ability to find and direct excellent artists.

About Crystal:

Though raised in Canada, Crystal’s Art Directing life began in Southern California producing three prominent lifestyle magazines. After a several successful years she was lured away to the Northwest by Microsoft. After 8 years in design and management it was time to SLOW down and start a family. A husband, a move to an island beach, two beautiful daughters and not slowing down, finds her returning full circle to the design world. She brings a uniquely qualified professional and personal perspective to any project..
