Oluku Holt is a community worker with proven experience in planning and coordinating programs. He is happily married to Vicky Onen and blessed with 6 children.

Oluku was born in Obbo village within Magwi County in 1968. This is the same area that HPI has undertaken to develop it’s agricultural based activities.

Oluku has been working for the National Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Commission South Sudan for the last 16 years. He has held various positions such as the Coordinator for Training, Special Needs Group and Release and Reintegration of Children Associated with Armed Forces and Groups (CAAFAG) in Kenya and South Sudan from 2005 to 2021.

Oluku has been serving Humanity’s Promise Int’l in South Sudan since 2015 as a Volunteer Executive Director.
