We offer two separate and distinct services with regards to Eventbrite:

  • Organizer Profile Creation - The first step to listing your events on the Eventbrite platform is to create an organizer profile like this one for our parent company, Trilogy Promotions Inc. (http://trilogypromotionsinc.eventbrite.com). This profile is shown at the footer of all events you organize and allows users to learn more about your business, events you have held in the past, as well as all current and future events you choose to list publically.

    • When we create this profile for you, we must also code in your payout details which provide Eventbrite with your banking information link so they know where to send you the money once you sell tickets to an event. If you are not creating an events that charge admission but rather merely registration, then the banking linkup step can be skipped until such time you do want to charge admission.

    • We program your profile for all your key contact information, Tax ID status if you are collecting sales taxes, and any other details required to personalize your profile.

    • Depending on your structure, you may need to create a different organizer profile for each business or, as we do, one for each brand. Once created, you can then use the built-in help tutorials to begin creating your own event listings for each profile you have created.

    • This profile creation process can be billed at an hourly rate of $150/hr or a flat fee of $200 depending on complexity. It usually takes 1-2 hours to complete a new profile based on the content you provide. Alternatively, you can have us do it all for you and then we can begin to create those event listings as described in the next section.

  • Event Listing Creation - This is a separate and distinct element of the Eventbrite ecosystem. A user account, which is the top level login to Eventbrite, can have several different organizer profiles within one login account. Depending on your structure, you may have one or more profiles for each business, or as we do, one for each brand. Some clients have our main company Trilogy Promotions Inc. create the event listings for them and run all management functions through our corporate profile to gain better exposure. Either way, the creation of a new event listing is the same.

    • You provide us the basic details about your event.

    • We then create all the graphics, wording, copy, tickets, order form, and confirmation pages required for a successful listing.

    • Once created, we provide the widget codes to embed the calendar on your website, email links, and affiliate codes if you need to track sales back to certain individuals.

    • This service can be billed at an hourly rate of $150/hr or a flat fee of $200 depending on complexity. It usually takes 1-2 hours to complete a new event listing based on the content you provide.

    • Optionally, we will create the event listing for a flat fee of $200 plus a $3/ticket service fee to list, manage, and promote the event on social media (and on location, if necessary). We run the event through our promotional profile at Trilogy Promotions Inc., collect all the monies, prepare a detailed sales report, and disburse your share of the proceeds where directed.

For all credit card payments, a fee of 3-4% will be included in the Tax line item at checkout to cover our merchant processing costs. Upon request of an invoice, this transaction fee can be avoided by paying directly by e-transfer. Payments are fulfilled via Stripe, PayPal, or Square.
