To get started with our services, everyone is required to prepay the Annual Membership Fee (which is actually a fixed lump sum prepayment towards your seasonal service fees). The remaining annual Service Fees are then paid either upfront or over time in up to 12 installments. If the balance of the annual service fees is not paid in full within the first 30 days, then an upfront Finance Fee also applies to help cover the extra banking and admin fees to manage multiple installments.

Upon request, we can prepare an invoice and a suitable payment plan tailored just for you. The items in the table below allow you to self-subscribe to any of our options using the preset figures in our Communities page as the estimated rates for your property. This is in lieu of us actually taking precise measurements of your property. Our figures are likely within about 90% accuracy for most properties anyway and on-site data is unlikely to change the prices by much for most properties. If you have received a written quote, then use ONLY the figures in that document.
Once we receive your upfront Annual Membership Fee and match it up with your Account Profile, we will reach out to you with a phone call, a custom payment schedule, and a personalized invoice (if needed) for the rest of the annual Service Fees that you did not self-subscribe to using the buttons below. If you have any questions or difficulties with the self-enrollment process, please reach out to us at anytime.
Tips on How to Subscribe to one of the Service Plans
Most payment plans allow for a single season purchase or an autorenewal recurring purchase which provides you with a hassle free way to renew your account automatically next season, AND at the same rate. When offered, we recommend choosing the option of Pay Annually (or Pay Monthly) rather than the default Pay Once option during the checkout process.

Everyone must pay the Annual Membership Fee to join any seasonal program. (Note: for PAG members, it is included in their initial CMBA-PAG (Pay-As-You-Go) Membership + Deposit plan).

Monthly Service Fee Plan (green section), select the CMBA-Service Fees Monthly option for the season you are buying for, and then manually enter into the payment widget the monthly installment amount for your expected monthly service fees as shown on your personalized quote or from the pricing matrix table under the Our Communities page for your specific property Block Code. (e.g. Shaganappi-01: monthly service fee = $40.79)

Pay-As-You-Go Service Fee Plan (purple section), select the CMBA-PAG (Pay-As-You-Go) Membership + Deposit option for the season you are buying for. The minimum initial plan amount for the PAG option is $300. The shopping cart is preset at this amount for the first purchase of the season.

To prepay for additional service now, or to reload your account later in the season, select the CMBA-PAG (Pay-As-You-Go) Account Reload option for the season you are buying for, and then manually enter into the shopping cart the amount of prepaid service fees you wish to place on account with us. See your personalized quote for more details on the PAG plan that is unique to you. You may reload your account with any amount at anytime.

ONLY IF choosing the CMBA-Service Fees Monthly option (green section), then you must also pay the CMBA-Finance Fee which covers our costs of processing the 12 monthly installments for the balance of your annual expected service fees. This fee does NOT apply to Annual Prepaid or PAG plans since the service fees are collected in one installment. If you request a different billing plan of 2-11 installments, you must also add this fee. You will be sent a separate billing invoice for that option.

1) CMBA-Annual Membership Fee - Winter
Required by all members (except PAG: Pay-As-You-Go)
This upfront Annual Membership Fee is a fixed partial prepayment of your total winter Service Fees which helps us secure our contractors for the season, funds our seasonal start-up costs, and builds a reserve fund. All clients pay this fee annually at the start of their billing cycle. You have a commitment for only one winter season at a time, and you may cancel on 30 day's notice prior to renewal. Your remaining annual Service Fees are payable in 1-12 installments and are paid for separately. Terms are negotiable based on your billing preferences. (This fee is also applicable to and built-in to all Pay-As-You-Go accounts. Don't purchase it through this widget if you have a PAG plan). This Membership Fee renews automatically next year if the recurring Pay Annually option is selected, which we do recommend to simplify our billing for next season.
Service Fees - Annual
2) CMBA-Service Fees Annual - Winter
Choose this option if prepaying the remaining annual Service Fees in ONE installment
In addition to the Annual Membership Fee, the annual Service Fees are payable in advance OR can be paid by installments over up to 12 months. Flexible terms are available. Your commitment is for only one winter season at a time. When using this link, pay by adding the balance owing as shown on our pricing page or as otherwise instructed by the admin. (To pay monthly, choose the Service Fees Monthly option. To spread your fees over another time period, we will provide you with a specific email invoice to pay online. For Pay-As-You-Go accounts, choose the CMBA-PAG (Pay-As-You-Go) Membership + Deposit - Winter.) This plan renews automatically next year if the Pay Annually option is selected, which we do recommend to simplify our billing for next season. If you do select the annual recurring option, you may cancel on 30 day's notice prior to renewal.

Choose this option if paying the remaining annual Service Fees over 12 installments
In addition to the Annual Membership Fee, the annual Service Fees are payable in 1-12 installments. Your commitment is for only one winter season at a time. When using this link, pay by adding the monthly fee as shown on our pricing page (or as otherwise instructed by the admin in relation to a quoted rate) to the shopping cart. To pay your annual service fees monthly for the next 12 months, choose this option. To alternatively spread your fees over 2-11 installments, we will provide you with a specific email invoice to pay online. For Pay-As-You-Go accounts, please switch to the CMBA-PAG (Pay-As-You-Go) Service Fees - Winter option. This plan renews automatically each month but you must select the Pay Monthly option at checkout. You may cancel on 30 day's notice prior to the annual renewal, or once all seasonal fees have been paid in full.
Finance Fee - Monthly
4) CMBA-Finance Fee
Only required if paying the remaining annual Service Fees by installments
One Finance Fee is required for EACH seasonal service plan if you are choosing any installment payment plan option. This covers the additional banking and monthly administration costs we incur for you to be on a monthly verses annual billing plan. It is payable upfront with the annual Membership Fee. We don’t charge this fee if you are paying your Service Fees in full within 30 days of the Membership Fee. This plan renews automatically next year if the Pay Annually option is selected, which we do recommend to simplify our billing for next season. If you do select the annual recurring option, you may cancel on 30 day's notice prior to renewal.
Pay-As-You-Go (PAG)
With our Pay-As-You-Go plan, we require a minimum prepayment of $300 on account (includes the $99 annual membership fee + $201 towards your service fees for the season. Unused balances will be carried forward to next season). These prepaid fees will be applied per event towards services performed at the rates specific to your property (e.g. a $30 fee per service = 10 service events). Once the credit balance has been fully applied to services rendered, we will let you know when to top off your account with additional funds.

5) CMBA-PAG (Pay-As-You-Go) Membership + Deposit - Winter
Required ONLY by PAG (Pay-As-You-Go) members at the start of each season
The Pay-As-You-Go Membership Fee + Deposit plan is a fixed pre-payment on account toward your winter Service Fees. This fee is applicable to all PAG (Pay-As-You-Go) accounts at the start of each season. This fee represents a small commitment towards the first $300 worth of services at your unique quoted property rate. Once this prepaid amount has been fully applied to services rendered, you will need to Reload your Account periodically to receive continued service. This plan renews automatically next year if the Pay Annually option is selected, which we do recommend to simplify our billing for next season. If you do select the annual recurring option, you may cancel on 30 day's notice prior to renewal.

6) CMBA-PAG (Pay-As-You-Go) Account Reload - Winter
Required ONLY by PAG (Pay-As-You-Go) members to reload their balance on account
The Pay-As-You-Go Account Reload - Winter plan is a fixed pre-payment on account toward your winter Service Fees. These fees are payable once the first $300 worth of services at your unique quoted property rate has been fully applied to services rendered. Once that happens, you will need to reload your account periodically here to receive continued service. This plan is a one-time purchase only. You must repeatedly add to your account as the service fees are redeemed for service.
