As our project advances, several parties have expressed interest in our first Joint Venture in Banff, AB, Canada. Feel free to read them in PDF form.
Alberta Motor Association
We are pleased to announce that the AMA has given us a glowing letter of interest to sponsor our project and to be a service provider in the Banff JVOP-1. Our initial discussions with Robyn at the AMA office in Calgary centered around two key areas where the company could play a key role in supporting our e-bike initiative.
First, we are asking the AMA to provide funding sufficient to purchase the batteries needed to power our e-mobility solution. The plan is to have 2 batteries for each bike available at all times to ensure no rider runs out of fuel while on a ride.
Second, utilizing the AMA's renowned emergency services capabilities to service stranded drivers, we aim to place battery charging stations on the backs of their service vehicles that would contain 4-battery charging stations to provide stranded riders with a fresh battery top-up anywhere in the Banff corridor upon receiving a simple emergency phone call.
In return for the AMA's funding and services provision, an AMA logo will be placed on each battery and charging station located throughout Banff. Reciprocal links on both websites will help drive awareness for each brand and grow each others' membership bases. We are offering the AMA a 5-year endorsement agreement to help us launch this exciting venture.

We are excited to show the letter of endorsement we received in October 2025 from Salman Rasheed, Field Unit Superintendent for Banff National Park of Parks Canada.

OKAI E-Bikes - China
Check out the OKAI Letter of Support to Banff Town Council. Our OKAI distributor in China, Vencle, provided us an endorsement letter for our e-Bike venture planned for 2026.
