Joe, this is a fantastic platform you have for showcasing high quality interviews like this. The Joint Venture concept is revolutionary for supercharging one's portfolio because, as discussed in this podcast, the "investor" called a Joint Venture Equity Participant or (JVEP), gets to earn a royalty right off the top at 35% of the gross revenue, rather than with traditional investments where investors keep 5-10% in dividends calculated on the fully-expensed Net Income figure that is used to calculate the dividend payment. Imagine earning 254% ROR compared to a measly 10% on your money. This strategy makes ALL the difference to your retirement. Problem is, greed takes over and public companies pay themselves first and shareholders last. With a JV, the royalty holders ARE the insiders getting paid first, not last. Brilliant!
