Join us for this limited-time opportunity online presentation and Q&A session showcasing our Joint Venture Ownership Pool investment model for the planned launch of our JVOP-1 in Banff | Canmore, AB Canada after May 1, 2026. We are inviting some key industry speakers to attend and to discuss how crowd-funding by Joint Venture Equity Participants (JVOP) is being used to acquire and manage a limited fleet of 100+ e-bikes in this high-traffic tourist town that is desperately seeking solutions to a growing traffic and parking problem that has been precipitated by an estimated influx of 23,000 DAILY visitors to the mountain town.
Together, we can offer a timely solution that Banff needs while offering "active investors" or JVEP's the unique and fleeting one-time opportunity to share handsomely in the projected profits through royalty unit participation. Once the JVOP is fully subscribed the opportunity to participate ends. Subscription is on a first-come, first-served basis with a maximum of 100-150 Royalty Units available.
